How it works

Step 1 - Booking

Use the Booksy app/website or send an email or message to get your appointment booked in.

Step 2 - The Appointment

Attend your appointment, talk to a sports therapist and get what you need!

Step 3 - Aftercare

After your appointment, you will receive some advice, this could be related to the treatment you’ve had and how to look after the body after it or a professional rehab/maintenance exercise plan. Make sure you engage with this!

Step 4 - re-booking

Should you wish to book a further appointment, you may do this when checking out (Payments by bank transfer or cash only). Alternatively, you can book using any of the methods in STEP 1.
